NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Feb. 13, 2017) -- Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Ryan Shortridge, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is treated for a simulated facial laceration during a stretcher-bearer training exercise inside the ship's hangar bay.
