Stephen Capehart, commander, 1-68 AR, stand before the Soldiers of 1-68 AR prior to uncasing the unit colors during a welcome ceremony at Camp Adazi, Latvia, Feb. 17, 2017. The Soldiers of 1-68 AR replaced the Paratroopers of 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
