Ford (CVN 78), is frocked to the rank of second class petty officer by Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 1st Class John Alayon and Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Ramone Harris during a frocking ceremony at Huntington Hall.
