NORFOLK, Va. (Jan. 20, 2017) -- Gunner's Mate 3rd Class Zachary Perez and Lt. j.g. Brandon Shields, Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) search and rescue (SAR) swimmers, practice life-saving techniques during a SAR assessment.
