Col. (Ret.) Charles B. DeBellevue was a Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) flying F-4 Phantoms during the Vietnam War. Assigned to the 555th Tactical Fighter Squadron, the "Triple Nickel", stationed at Udorn Royal Thai Air Force Base, then Capt. Debellevue, scored four kills flying with Capt. Steve Ritchie and two more flying with Capt. John A. Madden Jr. on Sept 9, 1972, making him an ace.
