U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Aundre F. Piggee, deputy chief of staff, Army G-4 and Command Sgt. Maj. Edward A. Bell, senior enlisted advisor, Army G-4 take a moment to pose for a photograph with Soldiers assigned to 64th Brigade Support Battalion, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Feb. 23, 2017, in Skwierzyna, Poland. Piggee and Bell presented the Soldiers with commander’s coins for their outstanding achievements while being deployed in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. The 3-4 ABCT’s arrival marks the start of back-to-back rotations of armored brigades in Europe as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve. This rotation will enhance deterrence capabilities in the region, improve the U.S. ability to respond to potential crises and defend allies and partners in the European community.
