    Japan Ground Self Defense Force soldiers aim their Howa Type 89 Assault Rifle during Military Operations in Urban Terrain training as apart of Exercise Iron Fist, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 26, 2017. MOUT is a combat course that allows the Japanese soldiers and U.S. Marines to train in an urban environment where they clear, secure, and maneuver through buildings while taking simulated enemy fire.
