The American flag is raised at Poptun Training Camp in Poptun, Guatemala, Sept. 6. This was the first time the U.S. flag was raised at Poptun Training Camp, the site where Guatemalan Army Special Forces soldiers or "Kaibiles" conduct their rigorous 60 day training course. From Sept. 5-12, Marines of Special-Purpose MAGTF Continuing Promise 2010 conducted a subject-matter expert exchange with Kaibil soldiers to give the Marines a sense of how the elite Guatemalan Special Forces soldiers train on a daily basis.
