BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan (oct. 19, 2006) – Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (SW/FMF) Joe Campa, Jr. and Aviation Machinist's Mate 1st Class (AW) Javier Correa, of Expeditionary Logistics Unit (ELU), Whidbey Island, Wash., discuss the mission of Sailors serving in Afghanistan, following an all hands call at Bagram Air Base. For the first time since assuming the role as the Navy's top enlisted Sailor, Campa is touring throughout the U.S. Central Command's (CENTCOM) area of responsibility (AOR) and visiting with Sailors serving in non-traditional Navy roles. There are currently more than 11,000 Sailors serving on the ground in CENTCOM's AOR.
