Salvador Guzman, Company G, 2nd Battalion, demonstarte some exercises that can help a participant prepare for the 2010 Boot Camp Challenge. The Ninth Annual Boot Camp Challenge is held aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego and consists of a three-mile course with over 40 obstacles which participants have to run, crawl and climb over.
