They are part of a 30-member group of North Dakota National Guard leaders who have been selected to participate in a Diversity Champions course designed to fine-tune their leadership and to enhance teamwork among the mix of soldiers and airmen who serve in the North Dakota National Guard. The workshop incorporates small-group interactions and exercises to enhance the learning of various concepts of teambuilding, personal leadership and diversity and its role in the workplace.
