Leonard Price, who served with 1st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, honors Marines and sailors who died while serving with 1/1 as Taps played during the battalion’s command post dedication ceremony aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 15. Price was one of the 1/1 veterans who served in all three wars.
