Sgt. 1st Class William Pegler, the battalion fuel handler for 3rd Battalion, 20th Special Forces Group at Camp Montrond, Afghanistan, fills a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle for an upcoming convoy. Pegler, 58, who's known for having unlit cigar in his month, still wears an Americal Division combat patch he earned while deployed to Vietnam.
