U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jacob Hughes, 146th Air Support Operations Squadron tactical air control party, describes the location of a target to an A-4 Skyhawk pilot during the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Air-Ground Operations School’s Joint Terminal Attack Controller Qualification Course at Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, March 15, 2017.
