Barbero, Deputy Commanding General, Advising and Training, United States Forces Iraq (center), told U.S. and U.K. service members at Iraqi Training and Advisory Mission Navy Umm Qasr that their mission and its resulting achievements had not gone unnoticed. Barbero spoke briefly during his visit to the camp on Sept. 9.
