Sgt. Maj. of the Army Kenneth O. Preston addresses a crowd of soldiers during a town hall meeting at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, near Tikrit, Iraq. Preston spoke about various topics, to include upcoming changes in the Army Physical Fitness Test and promotion points, as well as answered a series of questions from soldiers in the audience. Preston also encouraged the soldiers to teach, mentor and coach fellow soldiers. "The most important thing you can do as an NCO is to teach, share information, coach soldiers," said Preston. "Spending that extra time with your soldiers is what sets you apart as an NCO. It’s not always about how good you are as an NCO, it's how good your soldiers are."
