U.S. Marine Cpl. Alex Thill sets up communication with the command operations center March 15, 2017 before conducting parachute operations with the Republic of Korea Marines at Josari drop zone, Republic of Korea, in support of Korea Marine Exercise Program 17-6. While each KMEP iteration is unique to the units involved and the training goals, all iterations are designed to increase our combined readiness. Thill, a Mitchell, South Dakota native, is an assistant radio operator with 3d Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
