1st Sgt. Adolph Romero, the transportation supervisor for the 936th Expeditionary Terminal Operating Element and native of Dover, Fla., helps secure the large, medium speed, roll on roll off vehicle cargo ship USNS Brittin (T-AKR-305), to the pier at the Port of Shuaiba, Kuwait, March 12. The ETOE originated in September 2015 for the sole purpose to enable the Army to conduct terminal operations in theater.
