Maj. Milton Perez, a branch chief of Operation Contract Support with the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, poses a question to Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Doll, the commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve Sustainment Command headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, at the Operational Contract Support Joint Exercise-17, March 22, 2017, at Fort Bliss, Texas. OCSJX is designed so participants gain the expertise to improve strategic and operational relationships. This year, the eighth iteration, the exercise consists of two phases. Participants begin with a week dedicated to academics followed by a week of OCS-scenario execution.
