Dr. Heidi Freeman, from the Fort Hood Resiliency Campus/Army Center for Enhanced Performance leads First Army Family Delegates through a group actualization exercise during the First Army Family Leadership Conference here. The yarn-tossing and weaving demonstration enlightened the group to the fact that if just one person drops their part of the string the strength and resiliency of the entire weaving is compromised, an analogy showing that it takes the full participation of everyone in any project for the mission to succeed.
