BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 17, 2017) Mr. Lee Sungsoo, an English teacher at Daeyeon High School for Boys, reviews the schedule of events for a community outreach event with Sailors from Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Wayne E. Meyer (DDG 108), Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) and Republic of Korea. Wayne E. Meyer is on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment with the Carl Vinson Carrier Strike Group as part of the U.S. Pacific Fleet-led initiative to extend U.S. 3rd Fleet command and control functions into the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
