A child from the Victoria Education Center, Constanta finds a patrol cap in the back of a fire engine belonging to a Soldier from the 359th Engineer Detachment Firefighters from Fort Riley, Kansas during a Children's Day celebration at Mihail Kogalniceanu Airport on March 24, 2017. The event was an opportunity for children to get an up close look at American Soldiers in their country. As part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, the NATO mission involving the U.S. and its European Allies and partners is a combined effort to strengthen bonds and deter aggression in Europe.
