Douglas Pegher, commanding officer of USS Stethem (DDG 63) takes a photo with a ROK child during an arrival ceremony at the Joint Civil-Military Complex on Jeju Island. This is the first visit by any U.S. Navy ship to the Jeju since the facility opened on Feb 26, 2016.
