Brig. Gen. Jon J. Miller, deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command, promotes a Reserve Soldier with the 94th Military Police Company, during a ceremony, Sept. 28, at Victory Base Complex, Iraq. Miller and Sgt. Maj. Robert J. Ireland, operations and training sergeant major, USARC, were in Iraq on a two-day mission to speak with troops working in the combat zone, and to recognize the outstanding Reserve soldiers, who were awarded for their achievements.
