Shinn, a motor transportation operator with II Marine Headquarters Group, with securing an 805A generator to a 7-ton truck for transportation to Operations Point 2 aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Sept. 16, 2010, for a 22nd MEU communication exercise. The exercise was designed to give the Marines hands on training in a field environment for a future deployment in which the equipment may be used.
