U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Zandra Matako, aboard the Coast Guard cutter Monomoy keeps watch for submerged hazards in the waters off the coast of Iraq. The Monomoy and other Coast Guard and Navy ships patrol the Iraqi waters providing maritime security assets to Iraqi oil terminals as well as teaching Iraqi marines security techniques.
