KOROR, Palau (March 14, 2017) Lt. j.g. Garrison Fletcher, Lt. j.g. Jaime Caldwell, Naval Aircrewman Operator 3rd Class Jacob White, and Naval Aircrewman Operator 3rd Class Tyler Oldaker work to identify contacts in the coastal waters surrounding Palau to identify suspect fishing vessels. The Red Lancers flew to Palau to participate in Rai Balang, a Forum Fisheries Agency operation that conducted surveillance missions to deter illegal fishing in their national waters and Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
