Over 100 members of the Royal Thai air force (RTAF), Republic of Singapore air force (RSAF) and U.S. Air Force (USAF) participate in a mass briefing for a large force employment (LFE) exercise during Cope Tiger 17 at Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand, March 29, 2017. On average, over 50 aircraft from the three nations work together in the air, under simulated combat stressors at the same time during LFEs. The annual multilateral exercise, which involves a combined total of 76 aircraft and 43 air defense assets, is aimed at improving combined combat readiness and interoperability between the RSAF, RTAF, and USAF, while concurrently enhancing the three nations' military relations.
