Members of the SEAL and Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman Scout Team were in Misawa administering the Navy SEAL physical screening test for Sailors interested in joining the Navy special warfare community. The test consists of a 500-yard swim, two minutes of push-ups and sit-ups, at least six dead-hang pull-ups, and a timed 1.5-mile run.
