Kayla Groves, 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron flight nurse, directs a simulated patient into the back of a U.S. Air Force C-130H April 2, 2017 at McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, Charleston, W.Va. Groves underwent an emergency performance evaluation as a part of upgrade training for her career field during the flight.
