Endicott, officer-in-charge for the medical, dental and veterinarian civic action projects for Marine Aircraft Group 36, 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade discusses the plan for the bilateral medical mission with Dr. Evangelina Legaspi, the Bamban Municipal Health Director and Col. Andrews, St. George, Utah and veterinarian augment for 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade and 1st Lt. Roland Furuc, veterinarian, Philippine Air Force measure medication prior to treating one of hundreds of Animals that were treated at the Veterinary civic action project here, Oct. 13. The VETCAP is part of Amphibious Landing Exercise 2011, a bilateral training exercise conducted with the Armed Forces of the Philippines and is designed to improve interoperability, increase readiness and continue to build professional relationships between the two countries.
