A member of the 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron Contract Management Flightuses a jackhammer crane to crush pieces of T-Wall into smaller pieces to be fed in a paddle crusher at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, July 2. The T-Walls are crushed after being damaged indirect fire attacks and by mundane causes: moving the T-walls as missions dictate, and older ones have started to crumble at the edges due to natural weathering of the sand and wind.
