FORT BRAGG, N.C. - Angela Lashley, a singer-songwriter from Nashville, Tenn., felt compelled to write a song about her feelings when her son, Pvt. Jonathan Wisniewski, 82nd Abn. Div., was deployed to Iraq. The song has been officially endorsed by the Blue Star Mothers of America, a patriotic group comprised of mothers of children serving in the military.
