Senior Chief Petty Officer John Hatcher, an explosive ordnance disposal technician assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 1 adds a branch line to a det cord during a demolition range exercise in Bahrain. EODMU 1, Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit 2 and Expeditionary Support Unit 2 recently deployed to Bahrain as a part of Combined Task Group 56.1 to support theater-wide explosive ordnance removal, expeditionary diving and salvage and anti-terrorism force protection operations.
