U.S. Marine Sgts. Maj. Troy E. Black (left) and Lonnie N. Travis march onto the parade field for the 1st Marine Logistics Group Relief and Appointment Ceremony aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 7, 2017. Black relinquished his post as the sergeant major of 1st MLG to Travis during the ceremony at the 11 Area Parade Field. The ceremony included marching of the colors, passing of the sword of office, presenting Black his award and closing remarks from the oncoming and outgoing personnel.
