BAGHDAD - Staff Sgt. Arthur Meyers, head team leader section sergeant, 3rd Platoon, Troop C, 4th Battalion, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 172nd Stryker Brigade discusses the Baghdad Teaching Hospital's layout with Air Force Capt. Samantha Elmore, public affairs specialist, 354th Civil Affairs Brigade on loan to 1st Cav. Division G9, an interpreter, a liaison from the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Lt. Col. Neil Ahle, senior veterinary medical officer for 1st Cavalry Division, assigned to G9, 1st Cavalry Division. The joint task force civil affairs team toured the hospital to discover what the facility's needs are and determine how to best meet them.
