Kevin Milligan, a native of Union City, Tenn., and commandant for the1st Cavalry Division, directs his troops to clean up the division mascot, Trigger, after inspecting him following a long haul to Iraq Nov. 14 at Camp Liberty. The life-sized, plastic horse is a mascot for the division. It is making its fourth deployment.
