Petty Officer 1st Class James Hile, from Fair Haven, N.J., seals an oil sample in the vacuum chamber of the oil lab aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman. The vacuum chamber removes air bubbles from oil samples to provide an accurate analysis using a spectrometer. The Harry S.
