ATLANTIC OCEAN - (April 11, 2017) - Members of the crash and salvage team aboard USS Carney (DDG 64) carry Gas Turbine Systems Technician (Electrical) 3rd Class Steffan Hulin, a simulated casualty, to receive medical care while being observed by Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST) facilitators during a flight deck crash and salvage drill in the Atlantic Ocean April 11, 2017.
