Mullen III, asks Dr. Brian Henen, base ecologist, Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs, questions about the Desert Tortoise translocation facilitated by the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, Calif., April 12, 2017.
