Officer Washington Moscoso, San Antonio Police Department, instructs 8-year-old Kathryn Huisken on how to start and what to do in the obstacle course at the 2017 Spring Bike Rodeo on April 8 at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. Parents and children were shown a safety video by the San Antonio Police Department before riding their bikes.
