    Brig. Gen. Muhsen, 1st Brigade, 3rd IA commander and Lt. Col. Louis Long, MiTT team leader, sign the official papers for the transfer of authority of battle space to 1st Brigade, 3rd Iraqi Army Infantry Division at the TOA ceremony at the Iraqi Army military base in Al Kasik Nov. 9. Long's Military Transition Team, of the Richmond, Va.-based 80th Institutional Training Division, acts as advisors on military aspects to 1-3 IA. First Brigade, 3rd IA officially assumed battle space for their area of responsibility, the eastern third of West Nineveh Province, during the ceremony. (Sgt.
