WIESBADEN, Germany – U.S. Army General Curtis Scaparrotti (center), Commander of U.S. Europe Command and Supreme Allied Commander for NATO, speaks with world press organizations during the 2017 Chief of Defense (CHOD) Conference located at Wiesbaden, Germany on April 26, 2017. Dozens of senior leaders from NATO and EU joined in the conference to better determine how to counter Violent Extremist Organizations in Europe.
