Airman 1st Class Luke Litwaitis, 775th Civil Engineer Squadron, is detained by Staff Sgt. Jason Lyons, 75th Security Forces Squadron, during an active shooter and explosives response exercise at building 732, Hill Air Force Base, April 24.
