The event was held to honor and celebrate Eighth Air Force veterans, and allowed current day Airmen to interact with and hear experiences from members of the Eighth Air Force who served during times such as WWII, the Cold War, Vietnam, Operation Secret Squirrel, and Operation Linebacker II.
