Nafee Dwight, a track athlete with University High School in New Jersey, pumps out a final repetition on the pull-up bar at the 2017 Penn Relays in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 28. When the athletes would execute a full set of pull-ups, the Marines would encourage them to find the strength to complete one more repetition than they thought possible – most of the athletes found they still had enough strength to do so. After completing a max set of pull-ups, the athletes were given a Marine Corps shirt. (photo by Sgt. Matt Myers/Released)
