Abdul-Resaq Daoud Military Sites director, and Iraqi Army staff Maj. Gen. Mordi Mushihim, director of operations for the Ministry of Defense, on the Besmaya Combat Training Center’s M1A1 Abrams tank program at BCTC, Oct. 20. Mordi and Abdul-Resaq visited the BCTC and Contingency Operating Site Hammer with other key decision makers to discuss construction plans for living space and training facilities.
