The Air Force Services Activity introduced the Alpha Warrior Battle Rig at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland as part of the Installation and Mission Support Center's inaugural Weapons and Tactics Conference. AFSVA is teaming with obstacle race specialists Alpha Warrior to build functional fitness among Airmen. Noted coach Benny Wylie Jr. led Airmen through a workout on the Battle Rig's 11 obstacles including "Salmon Ladder" and "Devil Steps." Several dignitaries, including AFIMSC Commander Maj. Gen. Brad Spacy, were on hand.
