U.S. Army 2nd Lt. Scott Roett and U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Casanova both assigned to Alpha Company, 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division plan a scouting mission to check for possible threats outside a remote farming community in Banat Al Hasan, Iraq, Oct. 24. U.S. solders with Alpha Company searched and secured the area for a personnel recovery team to land and conduct a missing persons search.
