Certified yoga instructor Katherine Alfredo helps Cpl. Greg Tippins from the Death Rattlers of Marine Strike Fighter Squadron 323 assume the correct position of the “bow” pose during a yoga class in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Alfredo volunteered to lead three daily yoga classes free-of-charge for a week aboard Ronald Reagan while the ship was underway.
